These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your (the “Counterparty” or “Customer”) use of the services and challenges provided by Giime Ltd (the “Provider”). These services are primarily accessible through the website www.giimer.com (the “Website”). You should review these Terms thoroughly.

By using our Services or participating in any challenges offered by Giimer, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

By using our Website and/or enrolling in a challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any other terms, conditions, and policies linked herein or accessible through hyperlinks. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content creators.

The services provided on this website are Professional Skill-Assessment Services. The outcome of the proposed services is necessarily determined by the individual professional skill level and ability to perform under the program guidelines and objectives, as elaborated for each service separately.

GiiMe is dedicated to the educational and evolutionary advancement of traders, offering a state-of-the-art simulation platform for skill assessment. Participants engage in intensive challenge phases, designed to identify and nurture trading talent.

Online Registration Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence. You agree not to engage in illegal or unauthorized activities. Access to the Services will be terminated immediately if you violate any of these Terms.

General Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. You acknowledge that non-sensitive content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and might be adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

Without our express written consent, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or access to the Service.

The headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Accuracy of Information

The Services and content are provided “as is” with all faults. While we strive to ensure accuracy and currency, we acknowledge that technology may have limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.

Service and Pricing Adjustments

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuances of the Service.

Product and Service Availability

We may limit sales of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services will meet your expectations.

Account Details and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order and may impose limits on quantities purchased. We may notify you of changes or cancellations to your order. You agree to provide accurate and current account information and promptly update it as necessary

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You use these tools at your own risk and should review the terms of the third-party providers.

User Submissions

Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

KYC Objectives – Our KYC procedures are designed to:

KYC Verification: Verification is conducted by the individual account holder only. Multiple individuals verifying one account are prohibited. Failure to comply may result in account termination.

Customer Due Diligence (CDD): We collect verifiable identification data, understand the purpose of trading activities, and perform ongoing monitoring.

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): For higher-risk transactions, we may require additional documentation, conduct detailed interviews, and perform intensified monitoring.

KYC Procedures:

Verification Steps: You must provide valid photo ID (e.g., National ID, Passport, Driving License). Expired documents will not be accepted.

Agreement Signing: After document submission, you must agree to the terms in the agreement. Verification may take 48-72 hours. 

Non-Completion: Failure to pass KYC results in rejection of your account application. 

Errors and Omissions

Information on our Website may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice. Report discrepancies to us promptly via support channels.

Payout Policy

By achieving the required performance targets, eligible users will receive payouts in accordance with Giime Ltd’s payout structure. The following terms apply:

  1. Payout Frequency

    • By default, payouts are processed monthly.
    • Users who purchase the 7-Day Payout Add-On are eligible for payouts every 7 days.

  2. Eligibility and Verification

    • Users must pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to initiate payouts.
    • Payout eligibility is determined solely by the user’s compliance with performance requirements and adherence to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Payout Split

    • By default, the profit split is 80/20 (80% to the user and 20% to Giime Ltd).
    • Users may opt for an upgraded up-to 95/5 split by purchasing an eligible add-on.

  4. Processing Time

    • Payouts are processed within a reasonable time frame after eligibility verification is completed. Any delays resulting from incomplete verification, account review, or technical issues will be promptly communicated to the user.

  5. Method of Payouts

    • Payouts will be processed via the payment method designated by Giime Ltd. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details.

  6. Compliance and Disputes

    • Failure to comply with KYC, Prohibited Trading Practices, or any other Terms outlined herein may result in delays, denial, or forfeiture of payouts.
    • Any disputes regarding payouts must be reported to Giime Ltd’s support team within 14 days of payout notification.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site for illegal purposes, soliciting unlawful acts, violating intellectual property rights, or submitting malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any breach.

Prohibited Trading Practices

1.1 General Prohibition
The Customer is prohibited from engaging in any trading activity that violates the rules outlined in this section or in the FAQ. Any trades that conflict with these terms are strictly forbidden. The Customer must comply with all guidelines set by GiiMer, as well as those detailed in the FAQ when using the services.

1.2. Prohibited Strategies and Activities

The following trading practices are not permitted:

  • Manipulating the Market: Engaging in “Group Trading” by collaborating with others or executing trades that manipulate the market, such as entering opposite positions on connected accounts, is forbidden. This includes any action that distorts or influences the natural market flow.
  • Arbitrage: Performing any form of arbitrage, including but not limited to triangular, statistical, latency, or market-making arbitrage, to exploit pricing discrepancies across different markets is strictly forbidden.
  • Exploiting Errors or Delays: Intentionally or unintentionally using trading strategies that exploit errors, inaccuracies, or delays in price feeds, such as latency trading or exploiting updates in price information, is strictly prohibited.
  • Trading with External or Delayed Feeds: The use of external, slow, or unreliable data feeds, or performing gap trading, is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Use of Software or Automated Systems: Employing any kind of automated systems, artificial intelligence, ultra-high-frequency trading, or mass data entry tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the system is prohibited.
  • Unrealistic Order Execution: Using strategies to guarantee the execution of limit orders during periods of low liquidity, which does not reflect real market conditions, is prohibited.
  • Copy Trading without Authorization: The practice of copying trades from another trader or entity, without prior consent from GiiMer, is prohibited. Copying trades from other accounts is only allowed if the accounts are owned by the same individual.
  • Non-Market Consistent Trades: Engaging in trades that deviate from standard market practices, such as grid trading, tick scalping, or placing excessive or risk-heavy orders, is not permitted. This includes over-leveraging, over-exposure, and making one-sided bets that could harm the platform’s integrity.
  • Grid Trading: Placing multiple buy and sell orders at set intervals to profit from price fluctuations is not allowed.
  • Hedging Across Accounts: Using multiple accounts to place opposite trades on the same asset is prohibited.
  • Scalping / Snipping / Pip Hunting: Attempting to profit from small price movements with high-frequency trades in short period (few minutes) is restricted.

1.3. Account Restrictions and Termination

The Customer’s trading strategy or specific actions pose excessive risks to the platform or its clients.

  • The Customer’s behavior is found to be incompatible with standard market operations or GiiMer’s risk management policies.
  • There are significant deviations from the Customer’s historical trading patterns or if the trading behavior does not align with acceptable market practices.
  • Any activity that could cause financial harm or operational disruption to GiiMer or its clients.

1.4. Account Mismanagement and Unauthorized Access

The following behaviors are considered violations:

  • Third-Party Trade Execution: The Customer, or any third party, is prohibited from allowing another person or entity to execute trades on their behalf, whether the third party is an individual or a professional. Access to and trading on a GiiMer account by anyone other than the registered Customer is forbidden.
  • Trade Management by Third Parties: The Customer is also prohibited from managing or trading on behalf of others, whether professionally or informally, within GiiMer’s platform.
  • Irregular Position Sizes: Opening positions with sizes that are disproportionate to the Customer’s normal trading behavior, either excessively large or small, is prohibited.
  • Use of High Margins and Risk Strategies: Opening trades with high leverage or employing highly speculative trading strategies that pose excessive risk is not permitted.

1.5. Repeated Violations

If the Customer repeatedly engages in any of the prohibited practices described in this section, after being notified by GiiMer, the platform reserves the right to deny the Customer access to certain services, including the trading platform and dashboard, without compensation.

1.6. Responsibility for External Activities

GiiMer is not responsible for any trading activities that occur outside the platform or beyond the scope of its services. This includes any use of third-party services or data derived from GiiMer’s platform for real trading outside the platform.

1.7. Notification of Restrictions

GiiMer will, when possible, notify the Customer of any imposed restrictions or account modifications. However, in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, these changes may be applied without prior notice

Violations may result in termination of services, removal of transactions, and cancellation of accounts.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our Services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services.

Legal Validity

If any provision is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Service Termination

Termination by Customer: Send a termination request to support@giimer.com. This will result in loss of access and forfeiture of fees.

Repeated Violations: We may restrict access for repeated violations without compensation

Activation of Services: By starting a trade, you acknowledge that our Services are complete and waive the right to withdraw.

Non-Activation: Access will be suspended if the challenge is not activated within 35 days. Renewal is subject to applicable terms.

Disputes and Chargebacks: We may cease services and deny future access in the event of unjustified disputes.

Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of registration if no trading occurs. Fees are nonrefundable once trading begins.

Trading Platform Provider

Trading Platform: Our trading platform is provided by Leverate LTD. Leverate LTD handles the technical aspects of trading, including order execution and system infrastructure.

Liability: Leverate LTD is responsible for the technical operation of the trading platform. We are not liable for any issues arising from Leverate LTD’s platform.

Compliance with Applicable Laws

Non-Investment Services: The services provided by the Provider are not investment services, and the Provider does not offer or provide any guidance, instructions, or information regarding how the Customer should conduct transactions while using the Services. The Provider does not offer advice on investment tools traded or accept any such guidance from the Customer. The Services and any recommendations provided are not intended to constitute investment advice.

No Investment Advice: The Provider’s employees, staff, and representatives are not authorized to provide investment advice or recommendations. If any information or statements made by the Provider’s employees, staff, or representatives are interpreted as investment advice or recommendations, the Provider explicitly disclaims that such information or statements constitute investment advice, and the Provider shall not be held responsible for them.

Third-Party Access: We may grant third parties access to our Website for the purposes of debugging or maintaining our website, database, or infrastructure. These accesses are closely monitored and restricted upon the completion of the required work.

Registration Fees and Payment Policy: To access the Giimer platform, models, and services, the Customer is required to pay a registration fee. Once the service has commenced (i.e., the Customer has started trading) or if the Customer fails to successfully complete the Evaluation, the registration fee is non-refundable. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND INTENDED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF EVALUATION.
