Giimer Affiliate Program Terms
Please read this agreement carefully. By accessing or using this site or our services or otherwise agreeing to this agreement you understand and agree to be bound by this agreement and recognize that you may be waiving certain rights.
General Provisions
These Giimer Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) set out the rules between you, the Affiliate, and Giimer, a trademark of Giimer Ltd., based in Cyprus.
Giimer runs the Affiliate Program to help promote its services.
These Terms and Conditions are part of the Agreement between you and Giimer.
The main goal of the Affiliate Program is to bring in new customers who will buy from Giimer, and you’ll earn rewards for this.
Definitions
- Affiliate: You, the person or entity who has joined the Affiliate Program.
- Affiliate Program: Our partnership with you to promote Giimer.
- Product: The Giimer Challenge, which customers pay to join.
- Reward: The commission you earn when your referrals buy from Giimer.
- Cookie: A small file that helps us track your referrals so you get credit for their purchases.
How to Join
Sign Up: Register on our website.
Apply: After registering, apply to be an affiliate from your dashboard.
Provide Documents: Show us who you are with an ID.
Social Media Presence: Be active on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok.
Submit Content: Send genuine promotional content if we ask for it.
Approval: If you meet our criteria, you’ll be approved as an affiliate.
Agree Electronically: Accept the T&C by clicking “I agree” on the website.
Reapply: If your application is declined, you can reapply after three months.
Promoting Giimer
Tools Provided: Once approved, you’ll get links and banners to start promoting Giimer.
Use Provided Tools: Use only the links and banners we provide.
Cookies: Make sure your referrals accept cookies so you get credit.
Cleared Cookies: If a visitor clears cookies, they need to accept them again on their next visit.
Earning Rewards
Conditions: Your referral must:
- Click your link or banner.
- Allow cookies.
- Create an account within 90 days.
- Make a purchase using your link or a Giimer discount code.
Pending Commission: Commissions are pending for eight days after a purchase.
Reasons for No Reward: No reward if:
- Cookies are not enabled.
- Different browsers are used.
- Account created after 90 days.
- Cookies are deleted.
- Refund is requested.
No Reward for Promotion Only: You won’t earn rewards just for sharing the link.
Withdraw Commission: Request payment through the affiliate platform.
Inactive Coupons: Unused coupons are deactivated after 90 days.
Commission Withdrawal Criteria:
- Rising star: 10% commission, 15-day wait, €100 minimum.
- Pro: 12% commission, 7-day wait, €100 minimum.
- Champion: 15% commission, anytime, €100 minimum.
Downgrade: Fail to meet criteria for three months, you’ll be downgraded.
Examples:
- Progression: Earn enough to move up tiers.
- Risk of Downgrade: Fail to meet targets, and you’ll move down a tier.
Reward Review: Your reward level is reviewed monthly.
Payment Process: Payments are made through the affiliate platform.
Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for any taxes on your rewards.
Transaction Fees: You cover any costs for withdrawing commissions.
Special Giimer Challenge Rewards
Eligibility:
- 25k Account: 25 new customers monthly.
- 50k Account: 50 new customers monthly.
- 100k Account: 100 new customers monthly.
- 200k Account: 200 new customers monthly.
New Customer: Someone who buys using your link in a month.
Notification: We’ll email you if you qualify, and you need to designate an account for the rewards.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Read and Understand: Make sure you read and understand the agreement.
Not an Employee: You’re not an employee or contractor of Giimer.
Legitimate Platform: Only use legitimate platforms for promotion.
No Inappropriate Content: Don’t use platforms with inappropriate content.
Consistent Presentation: Make sure your platform looks credible.
Maintain Reputation: Don’t harm Giimer’s reputation.
Reveal Platforms: Tell us where you’re posting links if asked.
No Impersonation: Don’t pretend to be Giimer.
Follow Terms: Adhere to Giimer’s general terms and conditions.
No Conflicts: Avoid conflicts of interest with Giimer.
Good Practices: Don’t engage in harmful practices.
No Transfer: Don’t transfer your rights without consent.
Restricted Jurisdictions: Don’t engage with customers from restricted areas.
No Misappropriation: Don’t embezzle or misuse funds.
Intellectual Property: Don’t use Giimer’s intellectual property without permission.
Notify Conflicts: Inform us of any potential conflicts of interest.
No PPC: Don’t use pay-per-click advertising with Giimer’s name.
No Auto-Redirection: Don’t use automatic redirection techniques.
Compensation: If you breach these terms, you’ll cover any damages.
No Self-Referrals: Don’t refer yourself.
No Imitation: Don’t create groups that mimic Giimer’s official communities.
No Defamation: Don’t defame Giimer.
Grant of License
Use Materials: You can use our logos and materials while you’re an affiliate.
Content Use: We can use content you create related to Giimer.
Respect Each Other: Don’t use each other’s materials in a negative way.
Term and Termination
Duration: The agreement lasts until terminated.
Termination by Provider: We can end the agreement immediately with notice.
Significant Violation: We can end the agreement immediately if you breach certain clauses.
Remove Materials: Remove any Giimer materials if the agreement is terminated.
Loss of Rights: You lose all rights under the affiliate program if terminated.
Communication
Email: We’ll communicate with you via email.

Limited Warranty and Liability
As-Is: Services are provided as-is.
No Liability: We’re not liable for indirect damages.
Changes: We can change the affiliate program at any time.
Force Majeure: We’re not liable for issues beyond our control.
Confidentiality
Keep It Secret: Keep all details about the agreement confidential.
Exceptions: Confidentiality doesn’t apply if information is public or legally required.
Indefinite: Keep information confidential even after the agreement ends.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Updates: We can update the T&C. If you don’t agree, you can end the agreement with 14 days’ notice.
Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: The laws of Cyprus govern this agreement.
Dispute Resolution: We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. If not, you can terminate the agreement.
Final Provisions
Invalid Parts: If part of the T&C is invalid, the rest still applies.
Transfer Rights: We can transfer our rights without your permission.
Data Processing: We’ll process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Entire Agreement: This is the complete agreement between us.
Electronic Contract: The agreement is executed electronically.
Effective Date: These T&Cs are effective when you agree to them.

- Ownership: This website is owned and managed by Giimer Ltd., registered in Cyprus (Registration Number HE 462247). Our trading servers are also managed by Giimer Ltd. at our address in Nicosia, Cyprus.
- Purpose: We focus on developing and educating traders using advanced simulation platforms to assess trading skills. Successful participants may enter contracts with Giimer Ltd. as market analysts.
